Returns / Exchanges
Eligibility
- We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return/exchange. This 14 days period starts from the date the goods have been signed for.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- To start a return or exchange, please contact us at customerservice@aphrodesire.com with the subject line "Return/Exchange Request: Order #[your order number]." Include your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange in the email.
- If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
None-Returnable
The following cannot be returned:
- Items not in their original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, or not in their original packaging.
- Final Sale: We do not accept exchanges or returns on items purchased on sale, all discounted items are considered final sale, unless the items are faulty and proof is provided by the customer.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded for monetary value.
- Duties & Taxes as well as any associated shipping costs. These cannot be refunded once your order is sent.
Return and Shipping Fee Consideration
We hope your purchases meet your expectations, but if you need to return an item, please be aware that if your return cause the order total to drop below our free shipping threshold, we'll apply a shipping fee to your refund. This small charge ensures we can continue to offer you the best service and value. Your understanding is appreciated, and we're here to assist with any questions you may have.
Refunds
Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Limitations
Refund amounts do not include the original shipping costs and Duties & Taxes unless items are faulty or damaged during shipping.
