I had an issue with sizing and they went above and beyond to help me take care of this issue with light speed turnaround time. I ordered several pieces of lingerie and they were all so stunning, in feel and appearance. Although I had some issues with sizing (a bit too small/tight) with some of the other piece, which as I mentioned was resolved quickly, this bodysuit fit like a glove - very true to size and oh so sexy! It arrived in a beautiful silk bag and box that I will be keeping and reusing. I can tell a lot of care and thought was put into both the manufacturing and packaging. The shipping was also very fast. Everything from start to finish was so spectacular with this wonderful company. They are my new go-to for my lingerie needs. I cannot recommend them enough❣️
